Took our Adventures with Robots class and want more? And more of a challenge? This class is for you. Instead of building particular robots, we'll build our own, to meet certain tasks. For instance, can you build a robot that can trap one of our little robotic bugs crawling across the table? How would you do that? With a motion sensor? A trap door? A closing gate? A dropping basket? How would you program your machine, and why? It's up to you how to solve the problems we'll present throughout this course. Our instructors will be there to help you use your own noggin to achieve success.
NOTE: This class will be taught by our instructor Will, who is an engineer and a former high school robotics and engineering teacher. (Will is also teaching our Young Engineers classes). He'll be assisted by one of our other instructors in every class. We are not accepting parent aides for this class.
Max 12 students
Cost: $100 per student - note: this class is led by TWO instructors - no parent aides.
